Void where prohibited by law. This offering is open to legal residents of the United States only. The intended build of the rifle or the rifle make itself may not be legal in all States so it is your responsibility to know your local laws as we will not be able to award the rifle (a) to those who live in, or are located in States or localities where the rifle may not be permitted; or (b) if the winning member is otherwise prohibited from owning or possessing the rifle. Drawing is to be held on 10 November 2012 in Florida. The winning member shall be solely responsible for paying for the winning member's background check to be conducted by a licensed Firearm Dealer in their home area, shipping and handling charges, and any applicable transfer fees and taxes. Further, APSC makes no warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose with regard to the subject rifle. Rather, the winning member shall solely look to any manufacturer warranties that may be transferrable to the winning member, if any, with respect to the rifle.
